How to Discreetly Shield Yourself from a Coworkers Negative Energy

I am sure we have all ran into this issue at least once in our lifetimes that we have a coworker with toxic or negative energy just pouring out of them and finding its way to you.

The last thing anyone needs is to be forced to work in an environment like that and not be able to protect themselves.

It can be challenging to put up protections against negative energy like that at work, especially if you don't want to make it obvious to others what you are doing.

A Spell to Shield from a Coworkers Negative Energy

First, you will need to get a black tourmaline stone. Black tourmaline blocks negative energy and keeps you grounded. It is excellent for keeping your coworker's negative thoughts and feelings from affecting you. Overall black tourmaline is perfect for protecting you from toxic people.

Next, you will hold the crystal in your hand and up towards the sunlight. Breath on it three times and say the following:

"Bring me protection from negativity,

intrusion, interruption, and hostility,

Be as a shield for me,

Letting only positivity pass through."

Now take the crystal and place it in your workspace. Place the crystal, so it faces the door or area that people walk by.

When you place the crystal in its spot, lightly press on it and quietly say the name of your toxic coworker.

You will need to cleanse the crystal once a week. You have a couple of options on how to cleanse your crystal.

Water: Water is said to neutralize any negative energy stored inside the stone and return it to the earth. Although natural running water — like a stream — is best, you can also rinse your stone under a faucet.

Sage: You can smudge your crystal with sage to remove the negative energy and cleanse it. It might be a good idea to take your crystal home if you plan on cleansing it this way.

Moon or Sunlight: At the end of the week, you can set your crystal on a windowsill or outside and let the moon or sunlight cleanse it. The moon does not have to be full for it to cleanse your stone.

After a year, you will need to bury the crystal in the earth and replace it with a new one starting the spell over again. You will need to repeat this process once a year.
